Efecto del estr?s laboral sobre el rendimiento de los colaboradores de la empresa CTG Logistics S.A.S.

Cada vez las empresas se preocupan m?s por mejorar el bienestar de sus trabajadores, por ello es relevante realizar iniciativas que prevengan y controlen el estr?s laboral el cual representa una amenaza a la integridad fisiol?gica y psicol?gica de los empleados, y afecta su desempe?o laboral y su salud. Debido a esto, la presente investigaci?n tuvo como objetivo general, evaluar el efecto de estr?s laboral sobre el rendimiento de los empleados de la empresa CTG Logistics, para lo cual se propuso una metodolog?a con enfoque cualitativo y de tipo descriptivo, en donde se usaron t?cnicas como la entrevista sobre la sociodemogr?fica de los empleados y el cuestionario de estr?s laboral de la OIT-OMS, para diagnosticar el nivel de estr?s en el ente econ?mico. Sobre las conclusiones que arrojo la investigaci?n, se puede resaltar que las mujeres son las que m?s presentan s?ntomas de estr?s laboral, as? como los trabajadores de menor edad y los de mayor tiempo laborando en la organizaci?n son lo que menos expresan factores de estr?s laboral. En relaci?n con los resultados del cuestionario OIT-OMS, la empresa presenta un nivel bajo de estr?s laboral, ya que el promedio total de las dimensiones dio 57,88. Dentro de las dimensiones que m?s tuvieron calificaci?n fueron de clima organizacional con un puntaje de 85, seguido por la falta de cohesi?n con 74 y muy cerca la estructura organizacional. Finalmente, y dado que pueden seguir aumentando acontecimientos relacionados con el estr?s laboral en la organizaci?n, se propuso el desarrollo de talleres preventivos basados en ejercicios cognitivos y t?cnicas de relajaci?n tales como la adecuada respiraci?n, ejercicios de meditaci?n, f?sicos, de movimientos r?tmicos y de visualizaci?n.
In current days, companies have become increasingly concerned about the search to improve the well-being of their workers, hence it is very relevant to carry out initiatives that seek to prevent and control work stress, which has become that real threat of the physiological or psychological integrity of employees, which affects their job performance and especially affects their health. Due to that, the present research had as aim to evaluate the effect of work stress on the performance of the employees of the CTG Logistics company, for which, a methodology with a qualitative and descriptive approach was proposed, where it was used techniques such as the interview that inquired about the sociodemographic of the employees and the ILO-WHO work stress questionnaire to diagnose the level of stress in the economic entity. Regarding the conclusions, which the investigation yielded, it can be said that that women are the ones who most present symptoms of ILO, as well as younger workers and those with a longer time working in the organization, are the ones that least express factors of the. In relation to the results of the ILO-WHO questionnaire, this showed that the company presents a low level of ILO, since the total average of the dimensions gave 57.88. Among the dimensions that were rated the most were organizational climate with a score of 85, later the lack of cohesion followed with 74 and the organizational structure was very close. Finally, the development of workshops to prevent and control ILO was proposed, these activities are based on cognitive exercises and relaxation techniques such as adequate breathing, exercise exercises. meditation, physical, rhythmic movement, and visualization.
