La b?squeda continua y permanente de la productividad y eficiencia de las organizaciones en el desarrollo de sus actividades, permite de manera directa el bienestar de sus colaboradores, es por eso que en esta investigaci?n se muestra de manera sencilla como los reproceso en la gesti?n de los recursos humanos pueden influir en esa productividad de la organizaci?n, iniciando con un diagn?stico del estado actual de la empresa INGENIERIA PERIMETRAL SAS permite dar cuenta que los reproceso afectan la productividad de la organizaci?n y a trav?s de di?logos con Directivos y colaboradores se obtiene informaci?n que detecta la afectaci?n del desarrollo en las funciones de las personas. Esto propendi? a dise?ar una investigaci?n que impactara en el mejoramiento estructural de la gesti?n del ?rea de recursos humanos, mediante el desarrollo y cumplimiento de los objetivos trazados al inicio del trabajo, se presenta un resultado que se recomienda a la empresa INGENIERIA PERIMETRAL SAS para el mejoramiento de la productividad en el ?rea de recursos humanos, cada aspecto tratado le aportara a la empresa INGENIERIA PERIMETRAL SAS celeridad en los procesos. Por ?ltimo, podemos mencionar que todas las organizaciones en la medida que dise?en, apliquen y eval?en los procesos de manera efectiva, se indicara el camino a un mejor desarrollo laboral para sus colaboradores y una mejor productividad para la empresa.
The continuous and permanent search of the productivity and efficiency of the organizations in the development of their activities, directly allows the welfare of their collaborators, that is why in this research is shown in a simple way how the reprocesses in the management of the human resources can influence that productivity of the organization, starting with a diagnosis of the current state of the company ENGINEERING PERIMETRAL SAS allows to realize that reprocessing affects the productivity of the organization and through dialogues with managers and collaborators you get information that detects the Affectation of the development in the functions of the people. This led to the design of a research that will impact on the structural improvement of the management of the human resources area, through the development and fulfillment of the objectives set at the beginning of the work, a result that is recommended to the company INGENIERIA PERIMETRAL SAS for the improvement of productivity in the area of human resources, each aspect will provide the company INGENIERIA PERIMETRAL SAS speed in the processes. Finally, we can mention that all organizations to the extent that they design, apply and evaluate the processes effectively, will indicate the way to a better job development for their employees and a better productivity for the company.
