La presente investigaci?n tuvo como objetivo el Dise?o de una Gu?a Did?ctica por competencia para el proceso de la ense?anza del Reglamento de Disciplina y Honor a los nuevos colaboradores del Servicio de Protecci?n Institucional de la Rep?blica de Panam?. Desde lo te?rico se bas? en los aportes de Tob?n (2005), Castro y Tuba (2015), Lara (2013) Ortega (2012). Apoy?ndose en las teor?as sobre conceptos, caracter?sticas y tipos de gu?as did?cticas y el perfil de competencia. La investigaci?n se desarroll? bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigaci?n proyectiva, dise?o de campo, no experimental transeccional, La poblaci?n estuvo constituida por un (1) docente que facilita la c?tedra y 84 estudiantes pertenecientes al T?cnico en Protecci?n, Seguridad y Estudios Internacionales del Servicio de Protecci?n Institucional, ubicada en Corozal Este, Provincia de Panam?. La muestra fue de 69 estudiantes calculada a trav?s del programa STATS?,5. Se utiliz? la encuesta como t?cnica de recolecci?n de datos y como instrumento el cuestionario compuesto de 9 ?tems de repuestas cerradas, cuyos indicadores se relacionan con las variables y objetivos definidos. Los resultados permitieron concluir que se puede optimizar las estrategias did?cticas para lograr un conocimiento significativo integral sentando las bases para dise?ar una gu?a did?ctica por competencia para fortalecer el proceso de ense?anza del Reglamento de Disciplina y Honor, lo cual fue el producto de esta investigaci?n. The objective of this research was the Design of a Didactic Guide by competence for the process of teaching the Discipline and Honor Regulation to the new collaborators of the Institutional Protection Service of the Republic of Panama. From the theoretical, it was based on the contributions of Tob?n (2005), Castro and Tuba (2015), Lara (2013) Ortega (2012). Based on the theories about concepts, characteristics and types of didactic guides and the proficiency profile. The research was developed under the quantitative approach, type of projective research, field design, non-experimental transectional, the population was constituted by one (1) teacher who facilitates the chair and 84 students belonging to the Technician in Protection, Security and International Studies of the Institutional Protection Service, located in Corozal Este, Province of Panama. The sample was 69 students calculated through the STATS? program, 5. The survey was used as a data collection technique and as an instrument, the questionnaire was composed of 9 items of closed responses, whose indicators are related to the variables and defined objectives. The results allowed to conclude that it is possible to optimize the didactic strategies to achieve a significant integral knowledge laying the foundations to design a didactic guide by competence to strengthen the teaching process of the Discipline and Honor Regulation, which was the product of this investigation.
