Bajo el tema Uso de herramientas tecnol?gicas en la ense?anza y formaci?n de oficiales y tropas, y con el objetivo de analizar la efectividad del uso de herramientas tecnol?gicas en la ense?anza y formaci?n de oficiales y tropas del Servicio de Protecci?n Institucional de la Rep?blica de Panam?. Se aborda la problem?tica que enfrentan los miembros de la instituci?n, para accesar a niveles superiores de formaci?n y acreditaci?n, que se ve afectado por la falta de tiempo-espacio producto de las situaciones inherentes al ejercicio de la profesi?n. Nuestro inter?s es resaltar el potencial de la educaci?n virtual, como herramienta para mejorar las competencias necesarias para un proceso ense?anza- aprendizaje exitoso y ofrecer a los estudiantes contenidos educativos de diversas formas, manteniendo el inter?s en lo acad?mico, a partir del uso de las tecnolog?as de informaci?n y comunicaci?n. La investigaci?n permiti? demostrar que las herramientas tecnol?gicas, constituyen una alternativa did?ctica para el desarrollo de buenas pr?cticas educativas, a partir de la opini?n de administrativos, docentes y estudiantes, miembros de la instituci?n, motivo de estudio, informaci?n captada a trav?s de dos experiencias puntuales: entrevistas con administrativos y docentes y encuestas aplicadas a estudiantes y docentes. Con respecto a los resultados de las entrevistas, el 60% de las competencias han sido potenciadas en la modalidad virtual. En el segundo caso de las encuestas, las actividades de aprendizajes desarrolladas virtualmente recibieron una buena ponderaci?n, de tal modo que los resultados confirman que la educaci?n virtual es un medio para mejorar competencias, facilitando a los funcionarios policiales continuar su crecimiento acad?mico-profesional.
Under the theme Use of the technological tools for the Learning on the Formation of officers and troops to the intention on analyze the effectiveness of the use of these learning and technological tools for the officers an troops of the Service of Protections Institutional of the Republican of Panam?, approaches the situation of the members of the Institution, to access better opportunities and accreditation, for the lack of time and inherent situation on the call of duty. Our interest is to highlight the potential on virtual education as one of the main tools in order to improve on the learning process to offer a successful training with first class educational content for the students and maintaining an academically interest starting or beginning with the utilization of the technological information and communication tool. The investigation allows to demonstrate that the technological tools, will constitute a didactical alternative for the development of good practices on the education. And this is supported by the opinion on the administration, teachers and students, members of the institution, where the information was captured by the interviews and surveys applies on all these persons. According to the results of the interviews, the 60 percent of the competences they were potential on the virtual modality. On the surveys, the virtual development on the learning activities receive a good weighting in such way that, the results confirm that the virtual education, is an opportunity to improve on their own competences, facilitating the police officers to keep on continuing their personal academic growth.
