Determinar la manera en la cual los trabajadores de la Fundaci?n Universitaria Antonio de Ar?valo UNITECNAR- Cartagena, genera una cultura preventiva en riesgos laborales a partir de la aplicaci?n de la encuesta tipo NOSA, teniendo como variable de estudio (actividades laborales, manejo de informaci?n, estilo de vida" aut?ntico y la ejecuci?n de los programas de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo) que se evidencia enla Instituci?n. Para la realizaci?n de esta investigaci?n se utiliz? como metodolog?a un dise?o de investigaci?n no experimental de corte transversal; no experimental debido a que no se manipulo algunas de las variables que permitieron medir la Cultura de Prevenci?n en UNITECNAR. La Cultura de Prevenci?n se midi? a partir del conjunto de variables que se estudiaron en un estado natural. Es de corte transversal debido a que solo se hizo una sola medici?n de la Cultura de Prevenci?n en el tiempo (Octubre/2018 a Marzo/2019), con el prop?sito de caracterizar y cuantificar las variables bajo estudio. Con esta investigaci?n se pudo concluir o comprobar las acciones regulares de la gesti?n administrativa de UNITECNAR, sin embargo, cabe resaltar que la instituci?n est? en este proceso de mejora, refuerzo e implementaci?n de la Cultura de Prevenci?n.
To determine the way in which the workers of the Antonio de Ar?valo University Foundation UNITECNAR-Cartagena, generates a preventive culture in occupational hazards from the application of the NOSA type survey, having as study variable (labor activities, information management, Authentic lifestyle and the execution of the Occupational Health and Safety programs) evidenced by the Institution. For this research, a non-experimental cross-sectional research design was used as a methodology; not experimental due to that some of the variables that allowed to measure the Culture of Prevention in UNITECNAR were not manipulated. The Culture of Prevention was measured from the set of variables that were studied in a natural state.It is cross-sectional because only one was made Measurement of the Prevention Culture over time (October / 2018 to March / 2019), with the purpose of characterizing and Quantify the variables under study. With this investigation it was possible to conclude or verify the regular actions of the administrative management of UNITECNAR, however, it should be noted that the institution is in this process of improvement, reinforcement and implementation of the Culture of Prevention.
