The investigative interest of the present study was based on the different conflictive situations that students of the fifth grade of Primary Basic Education have on a daily basis of the Educational Institution "La Ye" headquarters of the municipality of Sahag?n in the department of C?rdoba-Colombia, caused by them themselves; This generated a study to detect behaviors that arose from these situations, having as a priority the identification of attitudes that in turn caused a bad interaction and therefore the emotions that were manifested in each of the protagonists, that is, the same students. Adding to the above, the postulates of guide 49 for school coexistence were worked with Law 1620 of March 2013, and Decree 1965 of the same year of the Ministry of National Education, which reconcile the theory with the methodology that had as its axis the Interpretive Approach explained by Elliot, J. and Sastre, C., who talk about the importance of reflecting on school life and how to interpret it. Along the same lines of ideas, the results obtained were aimed at showing the influence of the problem raised on conflictive situations and exposing strategies based on theater as mediation, which called the attention of the group of students and which in turn made change possible. attitude, thought and reaction to moments of controversy. Consequently, it was concluded that reinforcing the understanding of conflictive situations, knowing how to avoid them, the nature of the reactions and the ability to take them as a space for personal and social training are a qualifying axis of an effective education based on the most humanistic. than academically.
