La presente investigaci?n se realiza sobre la formaci?n de cultura financiera en estudiantes universitarios en Monter?a, Colombia, su objetivo general, dise?ar una propuesta de herramientas eficientes para promover la formaci?n sobre la cultura financiera que facilite la toma de decisiones fundamentadas en los estudiantes universitarios. En el marco te?rico se agrupan fuentes te?ricas como educaci?n financiera, programa de cultura financiera que brinde solidez al estudio de investigaci?n, entre otros. En cuanto la metodolog?a utilizada, el enfoque fue cuantitativo, con un tipo de investigaci?n descriptivo y transversal. La presente investigaci?n se sustenta en funci?n del diagn?stico, como t?cnicas se utiliz? la encuesta y se aplic? como instrumento el cuestionario aplicado para determinar el nivel del cual se encuentra estructurada en conocimiento y entendimiento sobre la planificaci?n financiera, control financiero, productos y servicios. Los resultados determinaron que los niveles de educaci?n y cultura financiera de los estudiantes en formaci?n para profesionales se ubicaron entre bajo y medios. Bajo este escenario se gener? un plan como el dise?o de un programa enfocado a estudiantes universitarios que pretende concientizar y educarlos, por ende, a todas las personas en lo que se refiere al manejo, planeaci?n y control de sus finanzas personales en pro de precautelar su bienestar financiero.
This research work had as a general objective that is to design a proposal of efficient tools to promote the information on the financial culture that facilitates the making of informed decisions, in the university students of Monteria. Colombia. In the theoretical framework, theoretical sources are grouped as financial education and how to initiate a financial culture program that bride?s solidity to the study of research. Regarding the methodology used, transversal approach was important. The conclusion of the issues related to financial crises and also of the financial system in the population has been reluctant over the last decades with great socio-economic importance, which is why the population must be educated and educated so that it can be protected from somehow. In the face of risks and crises, in addition to seeking to implement the financial culture of saving. This research is based on the diagnosis that was applied through interviews and surveys conducted ?to determine the level of education and financial culture? which is structured in 1- knowledge and understanding, 2- financial planning, 3- financial control, 4- products and services. Whose results determined that the levels of education and financial culture of the professionals in training were located between low and medium? Under this scenario a lan was generated as the design of a program focused on university students, which aim to raise awareness and educate students, and therefore to all people in terms of management, planning and control of their personal finances to protect your financial well-being.
