In this paper the results obtained in the redesign of the website of the Technological University of Panama using the methodology, user center design (UCD). In the different technical sections and steps that were used to complete the different stages as well as samples of the new web design are defined until a functional prototype. One goal of the project is to create a functional website, which is a tool of communication and dissemination of updated content to students, teachers and researchers, in turn create a structured and easy for website users, we used this methodology to idea that the user involved in all stages and getting feedback from them, without forgetting the objectives of the organization.
