Implementation of a control system using the input and output RFID reader module with Arduino technology

This research project involves opening an electronic lock by reader Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology using the Arduino board. The operation of the system is to pass the card or RFID tag in front of the reader (no further than 3cm), if the card matches the code that will grant the holder of the office opening the lock will be held showing on screen the name of the holder of the office, otherwise a message indicating “unauthorized access” is displayed. The aim of the development of this system is to facilitate the entry of teachers to the office and purpose is to improve safety on campus offices. The methodology used for the development of this project involved the scientific method and especially trial and error because many of the connections and tests that were conducted were not covered in any book or other source of information.
El presente proyecto de investigación consiste en la apertura de una cerradura electrónica por medio de un lector de Radiofrecuencia (RFID) empleando la tecnología de la placa Arduino. El funcionamiento del sistema consiste en pasar la tarjeta o etiqueta RFID al frente del lector (no más lejos de 3cm), si la tarjeta coincide con el código que se le otorgó al titular de la oficina se realizará la apertura de la cerradura mostrando en pantalla el nombre del titular de la oficina, de lo contrario se mostrará un mensaje indicando “Acceso no Autorizado”. El objetivo del desarrollo de dicho sistema es facilitar la entrada de los profesores a la oficina y como propósito es mejorar la seguridad en las oficinas del plantel. La metodología empleada para el desarrollo de dicho proyecto involucró el método científico y sobre todo el ensayo y el error puesto que muchas de las conexiones y pruebas que se realizaron no estaban contempladas en ningún libro ni otra fuente de información
