La violencia hacia la mujer cada d?a se encuentra en aumento en nuestro pa?s, haciendo referencia al maltrato f?sico y psicol?gico a una mujer por tener un v?nculo sentimental con ella. El maltrato f?sico en espec?fico se define como el uso de la fuerza f?sica para herir o poner a una persona en peligro. Se menciona abiertamente que la acreditaci?n de estas conductas violentas se apega a la actuaci?n pericial, como la evaluaci?n cl?nica de la v?ctima, la documentaci?n fotogr?fica a las lesiones f?sicas que mantiene en su anatom?a, ajustado a la intervenci?n al lugar donde ocurri? el hecho violento. Este procedimiento pericial responde previamente a una solicitud emitida por la autoridad competente, donde su objetivo principal es establecer las caracter?sticas y ubicaci?n de la lesi?n f?sica o indicios hallados en el lugar del hecho por medio de la fotograf?a, d?ndole ese sentido a una prueba futura que repose en la causa penal, consider?ndola para que sea una herramienta que sirva para resolver el conflicto en un m?todo alterno como un acuerdo de pena o ser exhibida en juicio oral y que los jueces o jurado de conciencia le den su respectiva valoraci?n utilizando la sana cr?tica.
Violence against women is increasing every day in our country, referring to the physical and psychological abuse of a woman for having a sentimental bond with her. Specific physical abuse is defined as the use of physical force to injure or put a person in danger. It is openly mentioned that the accreditation of these violent behaviors is attached to the expert performance, such as the clinical evaluation of the victim, the photographic documentation of the physical injuries that he maintains in his anatomy, adjusted to the intervention to the place where the violent act occurred. This expert procedure responds previously to a request issued by the competent authority, where its main objective is to establish the characteristics and location of the physical injury or evidence found at the scene by means of photography, giving that meaning to a future evidence that rest in the criminal case and consideren it so that it will be a tool that serves to resolve the conflict in an alternative method such as a sentence agreement or be exhibited in oral proceedings and that the judges or jury of conscience give their respective evaluation using sound criticism.
