La violencia dom?stica es uno de los tipos de delito m?s presentados en todo Panam?, por lo que el Ministerio P?blico cuenta con el apoyo de la Unidad de Protecci?n de V?ctimas, testigos, peritos y dem?s intervinientes; formado por profesionales en Psicolog?a, Trabajo Social y Derecho; todo este personal atender? a dichas v?ctimas durante el proceso judicial. Por tal raz?n, realizamos una revisi?n a las t?cnicas empleadas en esta unidad, con el objetivo de analizar la eficiencia de las t?cnicas psicol?gicas, utilizadas para determinar el da?o moral en v?ctimas de violencia dom?stica en UPAVIT de San Miguelito; y como objetivos espec?ficos, tenemos: describir las principales t?cnicas psicol?gicas utilizadas para determinar afectaciones morales a v?ctimas de violencia dom?stica; caracterizar las afectaciones morales presentadas en las v?ctimas de violencia dom?stica y proponer herramientas psicol?gicas que determinen las afectaciones morales en aquellas personas que ha sido v?ctimas de violencia dom?stica. Esta investigaci?n ha sido exhaustiva en cuanto a las teor?as relacionadas a este proyecto, se ha determinado que, seg?n Sampieri (2005), esta investigaci?n es de tipo cualitativo con un enfoque descriptivo. La cual describe la realidad del problema en los sujetos espec?ficos para el estudio. Se aplic? encuestas con preguntas como: ?La entrevista como t?cnica psicol?gica, determina el da?o moral en la v?ctima?, ?La orientaci?n psicol?gica presenta alg?n tipo de indicio psicol?gico como prueba?, ?C?mo la contenci?n en crisis puede ayudar a los fiscales a establecer da?os morales? Las cuales fueron evaluadas a trav?s de la escala de Likert administrada a las profesionales que, en este caso, son las psic?logas id?neas que manejan las t?cnicas en la Unidad. Obteniendo como resultados que, las t?cnicas psicol?gicas de la UPAVIT son de car?cter de recolecci?n de datos y de informaci?n del hecho; ellas, no establecen un diagn?stico ni determinan afectaciones morales en las v?ctimas de violencia dom?stica. Por tal raz?n, hemos concluido que es necesario modificar algunos puntos de estas t?cnicas; uno de ellos ser?a establecer una bater?a de prueba que los psic?logos puedan aplicar exclusivamente a las v?ctimas de violencia dom?stica, de esta manera se puede demostrar ante un tribunal los tipos de afectaciones que puede tener una v?ctima de violencia dom?stica.
Domestic violence is one of the most common types of crime in Panama, and the Public Prosecutor?s Office has the support of the Victims Protection Unit, witnesses, experts and others involved; it is made up of professionals in psychology, Social Work and Law; all these personnel will attend to these victims during the judicial process. For this reason, we performed a review of the techniques used in this unit, with the aim of analyzing the efficiency of psychological techniques, used to determine the moral damage in victims of domestic violence in UPAVIT de San Miguelito; and as specific objectives, we have: describe the main psychological techniques used to determine the moral impact of victims of domestic violence; characterize the moral affections presented in the victims of domestic violence and propose psychological tools that determine the moral affections in those who have been victims of domestic violence. This research has been exhaustive regarding the theories related to this project, it has been determined that, according to Sampieri (2005), this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Which describes the reality of the problem in the specific subjects for the study. Surveys were applied with questions such as: Does the interview as a psychological technique determine the moral damage in the victim? , Does psychological counseling present some kind of psychological clue as evidence? , How can containment in crisis help prosecutors establish moral damages? These were evaluated through the Likert scale administered to professionals who, in this case, are the suitable psychologists who handle the techniques in the Unit As a result, the psychological techniques of UPAVIT are of a data-gathering and fact-information nature; they do not establish a diagnosis or determine moral effects on victims of domestic violence. For this reason, we have concluded that it is necessary to modify some points of these techniques; one of them would be to establish a test kit that psychologists can apply exclusively to victims of domestic violence, In this way, the types of affections that a victim of domestic violence may have can be demonstrated in court.
