Para la mediaci?n de las dificultades de lectoescritura que se suelen presentarse en las fases iniciales logrogr?fica y alfab?tica, adem?s de emplear m?todos tradicionales de ense?anza, se requieren tambi?n del uso de innovadoras estrategias pedag?gicas y did?cticas, para poder lograr ?ptimos resultados en los estudiantes, por esta raz?n se propone esta propuesta investigativa, que pretende incorporar a las Tecnolog?as de Informaci?n y comunicaci?n (TIC), espec?ficamente a trav?s del uso apropiado de un software educativo multimedial, para que este sirva como apoyo al educador en su acci?n pedag?gica, propiciando as? el desarrollo de las competencias cognitivas, ling??sticas y pr?xicas de los estudiantes en esta etapa de la vida y por ende en el resto de su proceso formativo, esenciales para un mejor desempe?o en su entorno y en la sociedad contempor?nea. Este art?culo iniciar? con la contextualizaci?n y an?lisis de la problem?tica a investigar, en segunda instancia se abordar? el cimiento te?rico y conceptual que soporte cient?ficamente la tem?tica asociada y por ?ltimo se procede a determinar y justificar los aspectos metodol?gicos con el cual se afrontar? el proyecto investigativo, para lo cual se tendr? en cuenta el nivel de profundizaci?n, los prop?sitos planteados, el objeto de estudio y la fundamentaci?n epistemol?gica del dise?o de la investigaci?n.
For the mediation of literacy difficulties that usually occur in the initial achievement and alphabetic phases, in addition to using traditional teaching methods, the use of innovative pedagogical and didactic strategies is also required, in order to achieve optimal results in students, for For this reason, this research proposal is proposed, which aims to incorporate Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), specifically through the appropriate use of multimedia educational software, so that it serves as support to the educator in his pedagogical action, thus promoting the development of cognitive, linguistic and practical skills of students at this stage of life and therefore in the rest of their training process, essential for better performance in their environment and in contemporary society.       This article will begin with the contextualization and analysis of the problem to be investigated, in the second instance the theoretical and conceptual foundation that scientifically supports the associated theme will be addressed and finally the methodological aspects with which the research project will be faced will be determined and justified. , for which the level of deepening, the proposed purposes, the object of study and the epistemological foundation of the research design will be taken into account.
