En la presente investigaci?n el objetivo general es determinar caracter?sticas de victimas por el delito contra la libertad de integridad sexual en la modalidad de violaci?n de adultos. En donde buscamos fundamentar nuestras opiniones sobre las caracter?sticas de las victimas por el delito contra la libertad de integridad sexual en la modalidad de violaci?n de adultos; los delitos de acceso carnal evidentemente existir?n similitud y diferencias siendo la agresi?n sexual un evento traum?tico y doloroso que afecta, de manera transversal, a las victimas de ambos sexos y de todos los niveles socioecon?micos, en donde nuestro C?digo Penal vigente tipifica. Tomando como punto de referencia teor?as que explican la violaci?n sexual: teor?a de la adicci?n sexual (Carnes y Coleman), Teor?a de Marshall, Teor?a biolog?a evolutiva a la vez apoy?ndonos en la ciencias criminol?gicas son causal-explicativas en donde se analizan por el cual se analizan el comportamiento humano buscando identificar los factores que dieron origen , con el fin de evitar los efectos que se consideran indeseables, es decir prohibir, dificultar y eventualmente, imposibilitar la comisi?n de acciones contrarias a derecho, tal como ocurre con los ataques sexuales. Caracter?sticas principales del delito contra la libertad sexual en las victimad por violaci?n: Empleo de violencia o la grave amenaza: es el empleo de la fuerza f?sica que se dirige sobre e cuerpo o la voluntad del sujeto pasivo obligando a mantener relaciones sexuales. La pr?ctica de un acto sexual u otro an?logo: se refiere a la penetraci?n por conducto vaginal, anal o bucal, as? mismo la introducci?n de objetos o instrumentos. Debido a las caracter?sticas abuso sexual y al fen?meno de la naturaleza de este, la existencia presente o pasada de abuso sexual no siempre el componente de una situaci?n de abuso m?s amplia, en el texto de relaciones familiares o laborales, que puede incluir maltrato sistem?tico, violencia f?sica y abuso emocional. Los signos de un posible abuso sexual no siguen un patr?n uniforme y su an?lisis requiere de t?cnicas y procedimientos puntuales y la intervenci?n de profesionales especializados. Del estudio realizado sobre los delitos contra la libertad sexual tipificados en nuestro ordenamiento penal, si bien es cierto se han incrementado las penas, por un lado, es reconocido por la sociedad, pero por otro no se soluciona el problema del delincuente sexual, ya que el sistema carcelario y penitenciario est? colapsado.
In the present investigation, the general objective is to determine the characteristics of victims for the crime against freedom of sexual integrity in the form of adult rape. Where we seek to base our opinions on the characteristics of the victims of the crime against freedom of sexual integrity in the form of adult rape; Carnal access crimes will obviously exist similarity and differences, being sexual assault a traumatic and painful event that affects victims of both sexes and from all socioeconomic levels, in a transversal way, where our current Penal Code typifies. Taking as a point of reference theories that explain rape: theory of sexual addiction (Carnes and Coleman), Marshall's theory, evolutionary biology theory, while relying on criminological sciences, are causal-explanatory where they are analyzed by which They analyze human behavior seeking to identify the factors that gave rise to it, in order to avoid the effects that are considered undesirable, that is, to prohibit, hinder and eventually make it impossible to carry out actions contrary to law, such as occurs with sexual attacks. Main characteristics of the crime against sexual freedom in those victimized by rape: Use of violence or the serious threat: it is the use of physical force directed at the body or the will of the taxpayer forcing them to have sexual relations. The practice of a sexual act or another analogous: refers to penetration through the vaginal, anal or oral passage, as well as the introduction of objects or instruments. Due to the characteristics of sexual abuse and the phenomenon of its nature, the present or past existence of sexual abuse is not always the component of a broader situation of abuse, in the text of family or work relationships, which may include systematic abuse, physical violence and emotional abuse. The signs of possible sexual abuse do not follow a uniform pattern and their analysis requires specific techniques and procedures and the intervention of specialized professionals. From the study carried out on crimes against sexual freedom typified in our criminal law, although it is true that penalties have increased, on the one hand, it is recognized by society, but on the other, the problem of the sexual offender is not solved, since the prison and prison system is collapsed.
