El objetivo principal de la presente investigaci?n consisti? en realizar una valoraci?n de los ?ltimos avances de las t?cnicas de an?lisis cient?fico forenses que se han implementado en La Unidad de An?lisis Biomolecular, en casos de Delitos Contra El Pudor y la Integridad Sexual, y la importancia que tiene la actuaci?n inmediata del equipo de Criminal?stica y Medicina Legal para la b?squeda y recolecci?n de indicios y muestras de fluidos biol?gicos, tanto en el lugar de los hechos como en la propia v?ctima, y de esta manera el perito experto del Laboratorio forense pueda obtener resultados eficientes y eficaces en su pruebas periciales cient?ficas forenses avaladas por la comunidad de especialistas y que puedan servir como material probatorio que relacionen a la v?ctima con el agresor sexual y ser un ente auxiliar a la administraci?n de justicia mediante la acreditaci?n del hecho punible. Para los fines de la valoraci?n, se realiz? una descripci?n de las metodolog?as t?cnico-cient?ficas forenses que emplea actualmente el Laboratorio para la b?squeda e identificaci?n del semen humano, as? como tambi?n se destac? la gran importancia que tienen estos peritajes cient?ficos forenses ante un Tribunal de Justicia.
The main purpose of this investigation was to carry out an assessment of the latest advances in forensic scientific analytical techniques that have been implemented in the Biomolecular Analysis Unit, in cases of Crimes Against Modesty and Sexual Integrity and the importance of immediate action of the Criminalistics and Legal Medicine team for the search and collection of indications and samples of biological fluids, both at the scene of the events and in the victim himself and in this way the expert of the Forensic Laboratory can obtain efficient and effective results in his Forensic scientific expert evidence endorsed by the specialist community and that can serve as probative material that connects the victim with the sexual offender and be an auxiliary entity to the administration of justice and thus to prove the punishable act. A description of current forensic technical-scientific methodologies was made, used for the search and identification of human semen as well as the great importance that these forensic scientific expert opinions have before a Court of Justice.
