An?lisis del proceso de atenci?n a pacientes en el servicio de Imagenolog?a del MINSA CAPSI de Oc?

En el presente trabajo de investigaci?n se realiza un an?lisis de los protocolos de atenci?n dentro del departamento de radiolog?a del MINSA CAPSI de Oc?. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal analizar los procesos de atenci?n a pacientes en el departamento de imagenolog?a del MINSA CAPSI de Oc? y as? conocer la forma en que se llevan a cabo las actividades de atenci?n de los pacientes en dicho departamento desde el punto de vista del paciente y a trav?s de la observaci?n de los procesos debido a que actualmente en dicho departamento no se llevan a cabo de forma sistematizada los procesos de atenci?n. La investigaci?n es de corte mixto ya que posee dos instrumentos de recolecci?n de informaci?n: una encuesta y una lista de verificaci?n que recogen las opiniones de los pacientes acerca del proceso de atenci?n y la segunda, que permite verificar en sitio el proceso de atenci?n. Ambos instrumentos fueron sometidos a pruebas de validaci?n de expertos en el ?rea de Imagenolog?a. La encuesta fue aplicada a una muestra 75 encuestados y la lista de verificaci?n a una proceso de observaci?n de 2 Tecn?logos Radi?logos. Posteriormente se analizaron los datos obtenidos a trav?s de estad?sticas descriptivas y gr?ficos y la prueba de hip?tesis. La hip?tesis de trabajo planteada fue: los procesos de atenci?n de pacientes en el departamento de radiolog?a no son adecuados para una atenci?n con calidad, la misma se trabaj? con Chi cuadrado dando como resultado 0.581 en su valor de significancia, lo que representa un valor alto, por lo cual no se pudo refutar la hip?tesis nula que se plante?. En conclusi?n, los resultados obtenidos en la encuesta aplicada a los pacientes invalidan la hip?tesis alternativa planteada. Ya por ?ltimo se presenta la propuesta de soluci?n al problema planteado, que es el flujograma de atenci?n de los pacientes que solicitan estudios imagenol?gicos en el servicio, con definici?n de funciones dentro del departamento de imagenolog?a de modo que se pueda realizar una atenci?n con calidad ?ptima para los pacientes del departamento.
In this research work, an analysis of the care protocols is carried out within the radiology department of MINSA CAPSI of Oc?. The main objective of this work is to analyze the processes of patient care in the imaging department of the MINSA CAPSI of Oc? and thus know the way in which patient care activities are carried out in said department from the point of view of patient and through the observation of the processes due to the fact that currently in this department the care processes are not carried out in a systematic way. The research is of a mixed nature since it has two instruments for collecting information: a survey and a checklist that collect the opinions of patients about the care process and the second, which allows the care process to be verified on site. Both instruments were subjected to validation tests by experts in the area of Imaging. The survey was applied to a sample of 75 respondents and the checklist to an observation process of 2 Radiologist Technologists. Subsequently, the data obtained were analyzed through descriptive and graphical statistics and hypothesis testing. The proposed working hypothesis was: the patient care processes in the radiology department are not adequate for quality care, it was worked with chi square, resulting in 0.581 in its significance value, which represents a high value Therefore, the null hypothesis that was raised could not be refuted. In conclusion, the results obtained in the survey applied to the patients invalidate the alternative hypothesis raised. Finally, the proposed solution to the problem posed is presented, which is the flowchart of care for patients requesting imaging studies in the service, with definition of functions within the Imaging department so that optimal quality care can be performed for department patients.
