El presente trabajo investigativo tiene por objeto realizar mejoras a un plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional (SSO), en la parte esencial al plan de emergencias y evacuaci?n de la empresa Ingenier?a REC. Esto tiene como fundamento realizar recomendaciones estrat?gicas que mejoren la seguridad y salud ocupacional (SSO) en beneficio de los trabajadores. Dentro de los aspectos investigativos se realizaron encuesta a diferentes trabajadores de distintas ?reas del proyecto en construcci?n donde se aplica un plan de seguridad. Esto tiene una connotaci?n especial, ya que se utiliz? un m?todo investigativo mixto en donde involucra elementos cuantitativos, como cualitativos. Cabe resaltar que ambos elementos mantienen una complejidad al momento de su utilizaci?n, pero da resultados confiables y ayuda a alcanzar el objetivo que es mejorar el plan de seguridad en la empresa ingeniar REC (Rocini, Eduardo, Carla) y sus partes esenciales. Iniciamos con la observaci?n del plan de seguridad aprobado por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Desarrollo Laboral (MITRADEL) y de la Caja del Seguro Social (CSS), para la obra (Altos de los Lagos II etapa). Posteriormente se hace una evaluaci?n en campo para ver la aplicaci?n del plan de seguridad, si es eficaz y eficiente. Con los hallazgos se har? el an?lisis de las variables y dimensiones que inciden en la funcionalidad y aplicaci?n del plan de seguridad, para finalmente dar respuesta a las falencias que se evidenciaron y que ha originado el presente estudio y su posterior alternativa resolutiva.
The present investigative work aims to make improvements to an occupational health and safety plan (OHS), focusing in an essential part on the emergency and evacuation plan of the Enterprise Ingenier?a REC. This is based on making strategic recommendations that improve occupational health and safety (OHS) for the benefit of workers. Within the investigative aspects, a survey was conducted with different workers from the different areas of the project under construction where the safety plan is applied. This has a special notation, since a mixed investigative method was used; where this involves quantitative elements, as well as qualitative ones. It should be noted that both elements maintain a complexity at the time of their use, but they give reliable results and help to achieve the objective, which is to improve the safety plan in a construction site and its essential parts. It begins with the observation of the safety plan approved by the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development (MITRADEL) and the Social Security Fund (CSS), for construction work (High Lakes Stage II). Subsequently, an evaluation is made in the field to see the application of the security plan, if it is effective and efficient. With the findings, the analysis of the variables and dimensions that affect the functionality and application of the security plan will be carried out, in order to finally respond to the shortcomings that were evidenced by the research that led to the present study and its subsequent alternative resolution.
