Construir desde el aprendizaje basado en proyectos una estrategia colectiva de trasformaci?n de la planificaci?n docente, fue el prop?sito de esta investigaci?n ya que dentro del proceso educativo hay un nivel de gesti?n necesario y significativo. De relevancia, se consideraron las bases te?ricas del aprendizaje basado en proyecto seg?n Fernando Trujillo y Zoraida Sayago, as? como la concepci?n de colectividad de Laura Herrero y Patricia ?lvarez, igualmente la mirada de Miguel Mart?nez para la constrastaci?n de la informaci?n recopilada. La investigaci?n cualitativa, fue la metodolog?a utilizada, epistemol?gicamente se conoci? el quehacer de la planificaci?n docente y los elementos del proceso que pod?an ser transformados, fue importante tambi?n la mirada ontol?gica en las interacciones de los participantes y su entorno. Para el dise?o, el m?todo de investigaci?n acci?n?colectiva y colaborativa permiti? la colaboraci?n y trabajo conjunto entre investigadores y educadores, logrando la participaci?n de docentes de varios ciclos del nivel educativo de la educaci?n b?sica; personal docente y directivo, todos ellos como sujetos y objeto de investigaci?n: 24 docentes y coordinadores del Colegio Estrella del Sur en Colombia quienes constituyeron la unidad de an?lisis. Para la recolecci?n de la informaci?n se utiliz?: la entrevista a profundidad para informantes claves, diarios de campo en reuniones virtuales durante la pandemia del Covid-19 y un cuestionario abierto donde los docentes aportaron sus experiencias en cuanto a planificaci?n. La contribuci?n emergente de este estudio surge de la construcci?n colectiva de una ruta de planificaci?n docente vinculada al Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos. Hallazgo alcanzado a partir de un proceso investigativo, y desde la reflexi?n de los participantes clave quienes materializan un camino en com?n, en el que los procesos colectivos trasciendan en la b?squeda de fines comunes, cohesi?n, integralidad y transdisciplinariedad.
Building from project-based learning a collective strategy for the transformation in teaching planning was the purpose of this research, since within the educational process there is a necessary and significant level of management. As main authors, the theoretical bases of project-based learning according to Fernando Trujillo and Zoraida Sayago were considered, as well as the conception of collectivity by Laura Herrero and Patricia ?lvarez, and the view of Miguel Martinez about the collected information checking. The qualitative research was the methodology used; epistemologically the work in teaching planning and the elements of the process that could be transformed was known, the ontological view at the interactions of participants and their environment was also important. About the design, the action-collective and collaborative research method allowed collaboration and joint work between researchers and educators, achieving the participation of teachers from several cycles in the educational level of basic education; teaching staff and managers, all of them as subjects and objects of research: 24 teachers and coordinators of Colegio Estrella del Sur in Colombia, who constituted the unit of analysis. To collect the information, the following tools were used: in-depth interview to key informants, field diaries in virtual meetings during the Covid-19 pandemic and an open questionnaire where teachers contributed their experiences in terms of planning. The emerging contribution of this study arises from the collective construction of a teaching planning route linked to Project-Based Learning. Finding reached thanks to an investigative process, and from reflections of key participants who materialize a common path, in which the collective processes transcend in the search for common ends, cohesion, integrality and transdisciplinarity.
