Esta investigaci?n tiene como prop?sito principal mejorar el aprendizaje de los Educandos del grado s?ptimo de la Instituci?n Educativa P?rez Pallares, haciendo uso de herramientas tecnol?gicas Blended-Learning como la plataforma Educativa Moodle, y recursos did?cticos realizados seg?n el contexto educativo, lo cual permitir? un avance en la calidad del servicio educativo en el ?rea de matem?ticas, teniendo como apoyo la tecnolog?a de la Investigaci?n y la Comunicaci?n lo cual nos permitir? explotar el potencial de nuevas habilidades, logrando con esto un posicionamiento importante de la Instituci?n Educativa donde su proceso de ense?anza-aprendizaje hasta ahora ha sido por lo general de un tipo tradicionalista. Es de gran importancia incorporar las Tic?s (Tecnolog?as de la Informaci?n y la Comunicaci?n) en el ?mbito diario educativo sobre todo en su proceso de Ense?anza-Aprendizaje, debido a que han proporcionado excelentes resultados en distintas investigaciones en las cuales la tecnolog?a es el principal actor en aspectos de educaci?n, siendo un paso importante en el proceso de transformaci?n escolar. El tipo de metodolog?a empleada es de tipo cualitativa, basada en indagaci?n documental abordando varios puntos importantes, como la creaci?n de nuevos recursos educativos, el uso herramientas web, entre otros recursos digitales. El enfoque del proyecto es brindar una educaci?n significativa, de tipo anal?tica y did?ctica, donde el educador juega un rol importante el cual es mediar y orientar la utilizaci?n de las Tic?s de forma ?tica e innovadora, present?ndole al educando una nueva forma de ver el proceso de adquirir conocimientos, a trav?s de herramientas que motiven y despierten curiosidades, esto con el fin de que cada educando desarrolle nuevas habilidades involucr?ndose en el uso de la tecnolog?a. Los conceptos en los que basaremos esta investigaci?n ser?n relacionados a las Tic?s, en los ambientes de aprendizaje y todo ello relacionado con su incidencia educativa en las matem?ticas, en la pedagog?a de uso did?ctico de herramientas virtuales en conjunto con criterios matem?ticos, donde relacionados unos con otros formaremos un nuevo sistema de herramientas de aprendizaje en la Instituci?n Educativa P?rez Pallares de la ciudad de Ipiales.
The main purpose of this research is to improve the learning of the 7th grade students of the P?rez Pallares Educational Institution, making use of Blended-Learning technological tools such as the Moodle Educational platform, and didactic resources made according to the educational context, which allowed progress in the quality of the educational service in the area of mathematics, having as support the Research and Communication technology which will allow us to exploit the potential of new skills, thereby achieving an important positioning of the Educational Institution where its teaching process- Learning thus far has generally been of a traditionalist kind. It is of great importance to incorporate TICs (Information and Communication Technologies) in the daily educational environment, especially in its Teaching-Learning process, because they have provided excellent results in different investigations in which technology is the main actor in aspects of education being an important step in the process of school transformation. The type of methodology used is qualitative, based on documentary research addressing several important points, such as the creation of new educational resources, the use of web tools, among other digital resources. The focus of the project is to provide a meaningful, analytical and didactic education, where the educator plays an important role which is to mediate and guide the use of TICs in an ethical and innovative way, presenting the learner with a new way of seeing the process of acquiring knowledge, through tools that motivate and arouse curiosities, this in order for each student to develop new skills by getting involved in the use of technology. The concepts on which we will base this research will be related to TICs, in learning environments and all this related to their educational impact on mathematics, in the pedagogy of didactic use of virtual tools in conjunction with mathematical criteria, where related with each other we will form a new system of learning tools at the P?rez Pallares Educational Institution in the city of Ipiales.
