La presente investigaci?n tuvo como prop?sito dise?ar un programa de formaci?n did?ctica en educaci?n f?sica, recreaci?n y deportes a los docentes de b?sica primaria de la instituci?n educativa municipal Jos? de los Santos Z??iga, sede central y sede diez de enero. La investigaci?n fue de tipo proyectiva con un dise?o de campo, transeccional contempor?neo. La poblaci?n estuvo conformada por 14 docentes de primaria de la instituci?n mencionada. Para la recolecci?n de los datos del evento, procesos de ense?anza, se construy? un instrumento gu?a de observaci?n directa semiestructurada, el cual consta de 137 itemes orientados a medir la planificaci?n, facilitaci?n y evaluaci?n. Para la formaci?n did?ctica en educaci?n f?sica se utiliz? la t?cnica de la encuesta mediante un instrumento gu?a de conocimiento contentiva de 76 ?tems. Para su validez se utiliz? el juicio de expertos espec?ficamente el acuerdo entre jueces para lo cual se obtuvo un valor de 0,76. La confiabilidad se calcul? mediante el Alfa de Crombach donde se obtuvo para formaci?n did?ctica un valor de 0,71 y para procesos de ense?anza 0,96, lo cual indica que son altamente confiables. En el an?lisis de los datos se realiz? mediante la estad?stica descriptiva, espec?ficamente la frecuencia absoluta y porcentual, y la mediana como medida de tendencia central y el estad?stico Spearman Brown para la medici?n de la correlaci?n entre los eventos de estudio. Los resultados evidenciaron que los docentes tienen una mediana formaci?n did?ctica en educaci?n f?sica, lo cual hace que en no se logre un desarrollo de las destrezas f?sicas y motoras del estudiante, porque el maestro no tiene el conocimiento did?cticos y pr?cticos para dictar los contenidos del programa de la asignatura. La correlaci?n obtenida fue de 0,60 con un nivel de significancia de 0,005 lo cual indica que existe una relaci?n significativa entre la informaci?n did?ctica y el proceso de facilitaci?n que realiza el docente, ante lo cual se justifica la propuesta planteada en esta investigaci?n.
The purpose of this research was to design a didactic training program in physical education, recreation and sports for primary school teachers at the Jos? de los Santos Z??iga municipal educational institution, headquarters and headquarters on January 10th. The research was projective with a contemporary, transectional field design. The population was made up of 14 primary teachers from the mentioned institution. For the collection of event data, teaching processes, a semi-structured direct observation guide instrument was constructed, which consists of 137 items aimed at measuring planning, facilitation and evaluation. For the didactic training in physical education, the survey technique was used by means of a knowledge guide instrument containing 76 items. For its validity, the expert judgment specifically the agreement between judges was used, for which a value of 0.76 was obtained. Reliability was calculated using Crombach's Alpha, where a value of 0.71 was obtained for didactic training and 0.96 for teaching processes, which indicates that they are highly reliable. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, specifically absolute and percentage frequency, and the median as a measure of central tendency, and the Spearman Brown statistic to measure the correlation between study events. The results showed that the teachers have a medium didactic training in physical education, which means that the development of the student's physical and motor skills is not achieved, because the teacher does not have the didactic and practical knowledge to dictate the contents of the program. of the subject. The correlation obtained was 0.60 with a significance level of 0.005, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between the didactic information and the facilitation process carried out by the teacher, which justifies the proposal proposed in this investigation.
